Robotic Rivet Nut Gun 【Product Overview】
The CHANRUI robotic rivet nut gun is purpose-built for unmanned production lines. It collaborates closely with robotic arms to achieve fully automated rivet nut operations without manual attendance, significantly cutting labor costs and human-induced quality fluctuations.
The equipment can optionally be fitted with real-time monitoring and data storage functions. Riveting data for every single rivet nut can be recorded in real time for easy review. When riveting turns out defective, the system automatically alarms and intercepts the defective product immediately, helping factories move toward smart manufacturing.
