The CHANRUI robotic rivet nut gun is an external-mount automatic riveting spindle designed for industrial robots. It can be mounted at the end of a robotic arm and works with the robot to achieve unmanned rivet nut operations, creating a genuinely unmanned production line.
The equipment uses a modular, all-around external-mount mechanical design for stable collaboration with robots. Optional real-time monitoring and data storage functions let riveting data be reviewed easily. An automatic alarm triggers when riveting is defective, helping factories achieve full-process traceability of riveting quality.
